1 Bio Zitrone

1 kg Quitten (alternativ Äpfel oder Birnen)

200 g geröstete und gesalzene Cashewkerne

300 g griffiges Mehl

170 g brauner Rohrzucker

200 g weiche Butter

1 TL gemahlener Zimt

1 TL gemahlenen Koriander

1 TL ganzer Anis

100 ml Ahornsirup

1 Prise feines Meersalz

Staubzucker zum Bestreuen
