1 Apple 1/2 Cup Dried Cranberries
1.5 Cup All Purpose Flour
1/2 Cup Honey
1 Tsp Baking Soda
1/2 Cup Walnuts
2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 Tsp Cinnamon Powder
1/4 Tsp each of Nutmeg, Cloves, Ginger and Cardamom
1/2 Tsp Salt
1- Slice the apple and walnuts.
1- Place the sliced apples and dried cranberries into a bowl.
2- Pour in 3/4 Cup boiling water and set aside for 10 minutes.
3- Combine flour, walnut, vegetable oil and baking soda in a separate large bowl.
4- In a small container, mix nutmeg, cloves, ginger, cardamom, salt and cinnamon powder.
5- Add honey and stir until well mixed.
